National Continuing Care Residents Association (NaCCRA) - Customer Case Study

The National Continuing Care Residents Association (NaCCRA), a 20-year advocacy group for residents of Continuing Care Retirement Communities, was struggling with a hacked, proprietary system and an outdated Microsoft Access database, and lacked reliable support and QuickBooks Online integration. In early 2017 President Jim Haynes reached out to ClubExpress seeking a stable association management system with strong customer service and accounting connectivity.

ClubExpress migrated NaCCRA to its AMS, developed a contemporary website using NaCCRA’s new brand book, and provided phone-accessible support plus QuickBooks Online integration. The move gave NaCCRA a secure, modern web presence, consolidated membership management, and ongoing work with ClubExpress to combine state affiliates—positioning the organization to better support its roughly 1,000 active members and scale future growth.
