The Illinois Paralegal Association (IPA), a volunteer‑led group of more than 800 members with one paid staffer, was struggling after membership declines following the 2008 financial crisis and poor service from its previous association management software provider. In 2014 the IPA selected ClubExpress for its affordable pricing, strong demo and fast, personal support to replace the prior system and help revive member engagement and operations.
