Hardin-Simmons University’s athletic department needed a way to keep pace with rising expectations for digital communications, mobile engagement, and broadcasting while managing busy game-day operations. The school was looking for a platform that could help tell its story more effectively, support recruiting and retention, and make content easier to publish across multiple sports and staff members.
Clubessential Holdings, through the PrestoSports platform and related services like Hometown Ticketing, ScoreShots, Stretch Internet, and FrontRowX, provided an integrated, mobile-friendly solution that brought key tools into one place. The result was faster post-game workflows, easier training and content management, and a simplified “one-click” experience for fans; during COVID, in-person arena numbers were down but web numbers rose, and the university also expanded to a three-camera broadcast setup with a new studio to strengthen its overall digital and media presence.
