Harmony Fuels Uses Cloverly To Green Home Heating Products

Harmony Fuels, a new division of Shipley Energy, wanted to give residential customers a carbon-neutral option for heating oil and propane in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. To do that, the company partnered with Cloverly and used its Sustainability as a Service platform to help address the emissions tied to home heating fuel.

With Cloverly, Harmony Fuels calculates and offsets the carbon impact of each fuel purchase, building the offset cost into the price at checkout. Customers can also choose from a portfolio of regional climate projects, such as wind, solar, or methane-capture initiatives, giving them a simple way to support lower-carbon heating while helping Harmony Fuels launch what it calls the first carbon-neutral heating oil and propane products for residential customers from Maryland to Maine.
