A major international satellite TV provider with over 100,000 subscribers across 20+ countries faced growing trouble generating reliable marketing reports as subscriber numbers and package options expanded. Manually created static reports and an overburdened reporting infrastructure made detailed analysis and timely decision-making impossible, so the company needed a consolidated business intelligence platform to deliver automated, detailed marketing insights.

CloverDX implemented a classic three-layer data warehouse fed from the client’s MagnaQuest ERP, using CloverDX for ETL and Microsoft SQL Server with Reporting Services for reporting and distribution. The automated solution provides drill-down web reports and scheduled email delivery, consolidates data for 21 report types, and processes daily feeds (about 3.75M records in ~30 minutes), enabling proactive, data-driven marketing decisions and easy access to aggregate business information.
