BTC Solutions, a UK-based provider of the autoVHC vehicle health check SaaS used by 800+ dealers, was struggling with rapidly growing data (about 40 GB and 20–30 million records) and slow, day-long refreshes from a legacy SQL/Visual Basic feed. They needed a new data warehouse that would track change history, scale to at least ten times their current volume, and be flexible enough for their team to define and modify transformations as the platform expanded internationally.

CloverETL consultants redesigned BTC’s data warehouse and ETL processes, implementing incremental loads every 15 minutes, enhanced fact/dimension tables with validation and change-history tracking, and automated reporting and error logs. The new solution delivered near-real-time data access, significantly improved performance and capacity, and freed BTC’s team to focus on core development while supporting planned expansion into China and Russia.
