Burlap & Board, an antiques and artisan retail shop in Chattanooga, TN, grew faster than its owners expected and needed a way to manage inventory, multiple vendors and off‑site sales without sacrificing customer experience. Clover’s solution let Burlap & Board barcode every item for its 22 dealers (eliminating handwritten tags) and reliably route payments even when items are moved, while mobile Clover devices enabled multiple checkout points, sidewalk sales and confident participation in remote shows with integrated inventory lookup. The result was faster transactions, more impulse buys, smoother vendor payouts and the ability to scale operations quickly (they had to upgrade their space in just over a year); Clover’s apps and hardware directly supported that measurable operational growth.
