McDonald’s Hamburger University faced growing demand for Spanish-language and bilingual training materials, but its translation process was slow, email-driven, and lacked visibility, version control, and cost oversight. To support its global workforce training needs, McDonald’s turned to CloudWords to improve localization efficiency and expand output for its Spanish-speaking employees.

CloudWords implemented a translation management platform that centralized translation memory, glossaries, style guides, automated workflows, vendor bidding, and reporting.
