Forcepoint, a global cybersecurity company, needed to fix a fragmented localization process after rapid growth and acquisitions left its marketing team managing translations across multiple departments and language providers. Its manual Marketo-based workflow was slow, error-prone, and difficult to track, while inconsistent translation memory led to higher costs and uneven messaging. Forcepoint turned to CloudWords and its Marketo-integrated localization platform to streamline multilingual campaign production.
CloudWords implemented automated workflows, in-context review, project dashboards, and a centralized translation memory to give Forcepoint better visibility, faster reviews, and more consistent terminology. As a result, Forcepoint reduced turnaround times, improved translation quality, saved significant time for reviewers and marketers, and scaled to 11 regional websites plus about 20 translated email campaigns per year in 10+ languages. Forcepoint said it would not be able to scale its marketing efforts without CloudWords.
