Secrid, a Dutch manufacturer of cardholders and wallets, needed a modern B2B eCommerce platform to automate its order flow and replace manual processes like Excel sheets and email orders. This was crucial to support their rapid international expansion and ambition to become a world leader in pocketwear. They partnered with CloudSuite to implement a new platform.

CloudSuite provided a mobile-first B2B ordering platform and a headless B2C webshop, both managed from a single backend. The solution included localized forms, country-specific VAT calculations, and an enterprise domain for SEO benefits. As a result, Secrid achieved its target of a 5% organic conversion rate on the first day in half of its launched shops. The CloudSuite implementation was so successful that Secrid recouped the entire cost of its B2C webshop in under three months.
