The International Trade Centre (ITC), a WTO and UN development agency focused on helping SMEs internationalize, needed a more sustainable way to run its LegaCarta project. Hosted on on-premise infrastructure, the project required a cloud solution that could scale on demand, be managed by a third party, and meet European hosting, reliability, and price-performance requirements.

CloudSigma provided the cloud platform for LegaCarta, with its Geneva-based location fitting ITC’s Europe requirement. ITC reported that server deployment took only a few hours and that CloudSigma’s managed service freed the team from infrastructure and operational tasks, allowing them to focus on improving the site. The organization also highlighted strong support and is now migrating another project, its ADR Mediation e-learning application, to CloudSigma as well.
