Case Study: CITI Program Achieves Scalable Load Testing and Reliable Reporting with CloudQA

CITI Program, which provides web-based training in research, ethics, regulatory oversight, and related topics, needed a way to load test two course-registration flows and an institutional administrator workflow. Their challenge was to generate unique users at scale, check enrollments and transcripts across multiple admin accounts, and capture conventional screenshots and reporting for analysis.

CloudQA addressed the need by customizing the tests and integrating with JMeter, converting the three use cases so they could run functionally the same under load. Using CloudQA random variables and distributed execution, the team supported 2,000 users across the scenarios, generated unique registrations, rotated admin credentials, and delivered combined CloudQA and JMeter reporting and screenshots so CITI Program could analyze the results more effectively.
