Vancouver International Airport, through the Vancouver Airport Authority’s Engineering Services Department, needed a better way to manage development and facility permits. As a result, Vancouver International Airport saw greater transparency, smoother collaboration, fewer phone calls and emails about permit status, and a stronger understanding of the permitting process for third-party tenants and consultants.
