The City of Brantford's Planning Development Services department faced challenges with inefficient, paper-based processes for managing planning applications. The solution streamlined the review process, enabling staff to easily share applications and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Cloudpermit provided greater efficiency and organization; from February 2023 to July 2024, staff created 2,385 digital workspaces, solving their data management needs and significantly reducing manual processes and paper usage.
