FNZ Group, a global financial services firm operating in over 20 countries, faced a fragmented payroll landscape after multiple acquisitions — 22 different vendors across many countries, manual processes, and no integration with Workday HCM. CloudPay implemented a certified bi-directional PECI integration between Workday HCM and the CloudPay platform, now managing 39 payrolls across 21 countries for more than 5.2k employees. The solution delivers pay documents back into Workday, real-time analytics and customizable reporting, and improved global compliance and control — materially reducing manual handoffs and increasing payroll visibility for FNZ Group.
