Datasite, a global software provider for financial transaction management, needed to transform a highly manual and fragmented payroll process across EMEA and APAC. With disconnected local vendors, poor employee experience, inconsistent reporting, and non-integrated payments, its payroll and finance teams were spending excessive time on manual work. CloudPay provided a solution centered on managed payroll services with Workday integration and integrated payments to create a more unified end-to-end pay process.

CloudPay implemented a streamlined payroll and payments model for Datasite, using Workday PECI integration, automation, and standardized global processes. The result was up to 10 days saved per month for the payroll manager, and as much as an FTE’s month of time saved across payroll, finance, and HR teams. CloudPay also improved employee self-service and document access in Workday, eliminated manual GL manipulation, and ensured on-time payments across countries, with 627 payroll runs and 10,333 payslips delivered since 2021.
