Delinea needed to build security into its DevOps process so vulnerability assessments could happen before upgrades went into production, while also preparing for FedRAMP and SOC 2 audits. The team wanted a solution that would fit into its Jenkins and SaltStack CI/CD workflow and replace multiple tools for compliance checks, configuration management, and vulnerability analysis. CloudPassage Halo was chosen to help meet those needs.

CloudPassage deployed Halo’s vulnerability management and reporting platform, integrating the Halo API with Jenkins and SaltStack and using modules for vulnerability assessment, configuration monitoring, server account monitoring, file integrity monitoring, and log-based intrusion detection. As a result, Delinea baked security into its CI/CD pipeline, gained full visibility across workloads, and improved audit readiness before compliance reviews. The company is also deploying CloudPassage Halo across hundreds of workloads.
