AWS worked with CloudOps to migrate its on-premise solution to AWS public cloud and build a more resilient, scalable application platform. The challenge was to support customer-facing websites that needed low latency, rapid scaling during seasonal demand spikes, and better support for application development.

CloudOps implemented a managed application platform on AWS, including modern DevOps and CI/CD pipelines built with cloud-native tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Vault, Datadog, Instana, and Jenkins. As a result, AWS improved scalability and reliability across multi-data-centre and multi-availability-zone environments, eliminated the performance outages it had experienced during peak periods, and was able to expand online product offerings to meet seasonal demand.
