CloudNine imported and searched the full term list to quickly cull the collection, identifying 75% of files as non‑responsive so the review team could focus on the remaining 25%. Results were moved into OnDemand for linear review, with additional searches and group‑tagging to remove overbroad hits and mark privilege; CloudNine provided training and weekend support, enabling Steele Sturm, PLLC to meet the deposition prep deadline.
