The customer, a global supplier company, faced challenges in its contract lifecycle management process, seeking greater traceability, visibility, and control. To modernize this process, the company partnered with vendor CloudMoyo to build a CONTRACT request web page integrated with the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.

CloudMoyo implemented a solution by building the requested web gateway integrated with ICI. This enabled over 500 requestors to efficiently share their contract requirements directly with the contract administrator within the system.
