HEC Paris engaged CloudM to move its academic and administrative users from G Suite to Office 365. The school faced a large, complex migration involving around 1,500 staff and approximately 1,078 GB of data spread across multiple domains, requiring a reliable, low-disruption transition to the new platform.

CloudM delivered a managed migration solution that transferred mailboxes, drives and sites across eight domains to Office 365, completing the bulk of the work with minimal downtime. As a result, HEC Paris successfully consolidated its collaboration platform, with CloudM achieving the full migration of users and data and enabling smoother collaboration and reduced operational risk.
