AgilyCom completes Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migration in just over 2 weeks with CloudM

AgilyCom, a global Managed Business Enablement Platform provider, faced the challenge of migrating from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace following a demerger. Their complex data included Teams conversations, SharePoint sites, and user data across multiple countries. They partnered with vendor CloudM, using its Migrate product, to perform this seamless transition.

CloudM implemented a white glove migration solution that included an initial, primary, and delta migration phase to transfer all data while preserving permissions. The project successfully migrated 22 users, 50 team drives, and 800GB of data across four global locations in just over two weeks, leaving the customer highly satisfied with the minimal disruption to their business operations.
