Made.com Optimizes its Desktop and Mobile CX With Cloudinary

MADE.COM, a London-based digital-first home and furniture retailer, relies on striking product photography to recreate the in-store experience online. As the business scaled—showcasing ultra-high‑quality images for some 6,000 catalog items—legacy decisions about image orientation and sizing led to pixelation and cumbersome asset workflows, while mobile (now over half of traffic) needed full optimization.
