The Port of Kokkola, Finland's largest bulk port, was required to adopt eSourcing following a 2018 legislative change. To meet this challenge, the port selected Cloudia and its Cloudia Sourcing service to manage its procurement processes.

Cloudia’s solution provided standardized form templates that saved the port significant time, ensuring all legal tender notice requirements were met. The service also integrated seamlessly with the public procurement portal HILMA. The Port of Kokkola successfully tendered approximately 10 projects using Cloudia Sourcing and reported being extremely happy with the results.
