CloudHesive implemented a customized Amazon Connect solution with voicemail queueing, CRM integration, and a reporting engine built with AWS services including Kinesis, DynamoDB, and QuickSight. The result was full automation of a process that previously took 20 hours per month, nearly 40% cost savings versus the old platform, and a fully virtual contact center that helped maintain employee safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
