LogicBay Realizes Significant Confidence in the Cloud with Blue Sentry and CloudHealth

LogicBay, a cloud-based partner relationship management (PRM) provider, wanted to do more with its IT budget by shifting from large capital expenditures to a cloud-aligned operating model that matched costs to revenue. The company needed to migrate its production customers to a public cloud without service interruption and sought ways to optimize ongoing cloud spend and performance.

To start, LogicBay engaged AWS Advanced Tier Consulting Partner Blue Sentry for a proof of concept and then migrated 100% of operations to AWS. Using CloudHealth for ongoing reviews, the team implemented rightsizing and Reserved Instances and identified security tooling (Alert Logic) the company could now afford. The move delivered significant AWS cost savings, faster operational agility (spin up servers in minutes), improved security and disaster recovery, and the ability to reinvest savings in additional tools while Blue Sentry continues to manage the environment.
