Ride Designs, a company that develops unique seating systems for wheelchair users, faced the challenge of streamlining a highly manual and complex sales process. Their field team needed to efficiently capture detailed customer measurements, 3D scans, and order requirements. To harmonize and automate these processes, they chose vendor Cloudfy to create a bespoke app and provide integration.

Cloudfy developed the RideWorks app for iPads, which integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and SharePoint. This solution automated the flow of scans, questionnaires, and order details directly into production, eliminating manual steps. The project was so successful that the RideLabs App won the 2025 Best Rehabilitation Technology Solution award for its measurable impact in simplifying complexity and enabling faster, more accurate care.
