Imperfect Foods, a grocery company focused on reducing food waste, relied on NetSuite but faced a slow, manual purchase order process. Its small produce buying team was producing 200–300 POs each week across disconnected systems, forcing staff to copy, type, and email data by hand. CloudExtend Excel was used to help streamline access to NetSuite data directly in Excel and reduce the time and effort required to create purchase orders.

With CloudExtend Excel, Imperfect Foods was able to manage NetSuite data in real time from Excel, eliminating much of the manual entry and improving accuracy. The produce team said the tool saved 60–90 hours per week and cut data entry time by 20–30 hours per buyer, helping the company scale without adding staff.
