Zain, a leading telecommunications provider in Kuwait and the Middle East/Africa region, faced rising demands from a second wave of digital transformation: exploding mobile internet usage, fragmented data across network, CRM, billing and digital channels, and the need to unlock analytics and data‑driven revenue.
