Informatica, a leader in Enterprise Cloud Data Management that acquired customer-data specialist AllSight in 2019, set out to help enterprises move from account- or product-centric views to a true customer-centric approach. Organizations struggled to incorporate large volumes of transaction and digital interaction data into master customer views—MDM provided a limited backbone, but could not scale to handle the massive, diverse data needed for individualized customer insights.

Informatica Customer 360 Insights (C360i) extends the Customer 360 to include all sources and, together with Cloudera’s Enterprise Data Cloud, provides the scalable platform to securely process, store, and analyze that data. In a Dell deployment, the solution unified data from more than 40 source systems (matching data across 14 systems), managing 5 billion records and handling interaction volumes 2–200x customer counts to enable targeted marketing, micro‑segmentation, and hyper‑personalization.
