HelloFresh implemented a modern data warehouse on Cloudera Enterprise running on AWS (using Impala, Kafka, Spark, etc.), ingesting 15 TB of data and growing by about 1 TB/month. The platform supports 100+ users, powers 2,500 daily‑updated BI dashboards, and delivered 30% faster cloud deployment; results include more granular campaign and operations insights, personalized recommendations, better forecasting and marketing allocation, new product launches (retail line, “Dinner 2 Lunch”), improved margins, higher recipe scores and reduced customer churn.
