iForte, a telecommunications infrastructure and internet service provider in Indonesia, needed to replace slow, manual business intelligence processes with faster, more reliable data analytics. Cloudera implemented a modern data platform on AWS that ingests data through Talend, processes it with Apache Spark and Impala, and delivers dashboards through Microsoft Power BI and Cloudera Data Explorer. With Cloudera, iForte gained near real-time insights, faster access to data, stronger governance, and better cross-functional collaboration—while also improving visibility into backend financials and enabling quicker deployment and scale in the cloud.
