Bank Leumi, Israel’s leading bank, needed a more agile and secure way to move large volumes of sensitive data between disparate systems. Its cyber division’s data flow and automation team was relying on extensive custom coding and file conversions, which created delays of several days and made it difficult to connect new data sources. To modernize this process, Bank Leumi turned to Cloudera Flow Management.

Cloudera implemented Cloudera Flow Management with Apache NiFi, enabling Bank Leumi to build secure data flows, scale to clusters, and manage configurations without heavy coding. The result was a much simpler low-code workflow, faster integration of new sources, and data transfers reduced from days to hours. Bank Leumi also gained stronger security and reliability while needing fewer resources to manage data movement.
