Huntingdonshire District Council worked with cloudBuy to explore eprocurement marketplaces as a way to reduce procurement costs and make it easier for staff to comply with the Remedies Directive. The council was also looking for a system that users would find simple to adopt and that could support its internal procurement and printing needs.

cloudBuy implemented its Marketplace solution, including a Print Framework for print quotations and RFQ management, allowing suppliers to access council requests more efficiently. The rollout delivered strong results, including at least a 50% reduction in print prices, improved supplier access to RFQs, and a system that council staff found easy to use and adapt to despite some early integration challenges.
