A Cloudbooking Case Study
Experian, the global information services company operating in 32 countries with 22,000 employees, needed to support a COVID-safe return to the office while advancing a global future of work programme. To do this, Experian partnered with Cloudbooking and adopted its workspace management tools, including desk booking, visitor management, and car park management, to create a consistent workplace experience and help optimise real estate across regions.
Cloudbooking implemented a phased global rollout of its platform across Experian’s offices, supporting flexible working, better space utilisation, and a more employee-centric workplace. The results included a reduction in Experian’s UK&I site count from 17 in FY21 to 9 in FY23, with 7 projected for FY2024, and a cut in carbon emissions from 120 tonnes to 60 tonnes, a 51% reduction.
