Hot-desk Booking Solution for JLL Investment Management Company

JLL, a global financial and professional services firm with 77,000+ employees across 200+ locations, faced underutilised workspace after moving a floor left 50 empty desks at its Warwick Street office and needed a scalable, user‑friendly live desk‑booking solution to support agile working. JLL selected Cloudbooking to deliver a flexible booking platform (CBFloor/CBPortal, CBMobile, CBKiosks, CBFloor with 3D floor plans, CBAnalytics and occupancy sensor integration) that could be rolled out quickly with minimal training.

Cloudbooking implemented real‑time desk availability via occupancy sensors and interactive 3D floor plans across desktop, mobile and on‑floor kiosks, plus a reporting dashboard to track utilisation. The Cloudbooking deployment increased desk utilisation by at least 90%, improved workspace efficiency and productivity, encouraged desk sharing and collaboration, and was deployed with little or no training required.
