RS Group, a global industrial and electronics components supplier operating in 32 countries, needed a better way to manage office space as it shifted toward hybrid working. Cloudbooking successfully rolled out its software across RS Group offices in the UK, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, and South Africa, enabling live data and analytics, mobile access, QR codes, and SSO/AD integration. The solution helped RS Group take back control of its workspaces, support more flexible working, and lay the groundwork for further customized developments and additional deployments, including future car park management in South Africa.
