Enabling a Safe Return-to-Office for Global Footwear Brand FitFlop

FitFlop, the global footwear brand, needed a safe and efficient return-to-office plan as COVID restrictions eased in the UK. Its existing London HQ layout was inefficient, spread across several floors, and the business also wanted a more flexible hybrid working environment. Cloudbooking provided desk booking and car park management, along with Okta SSO, mobile access, and live workspace data and reporting.

Cloudbooking implemented the workspace management solution successfully a week ahead of schedule, covering 75 desks and 7 parking spaces. The system enabled FitFlop employees to return safely and efficiently, with 80% of employees coming back to the office for system inductions, while also giving the company better visibility into occupancy and helping it support a hybrid working model.
