Cloudbooking implemented a hot-desk booking solution with SSO, QR-code booking, and a mobile/web app, rolling out across three locations in five weeks. The system enabled pre-booking, improved visibility for contact tracing, provided real estate utilization data to challenge previous occupancy reports, and delivered rapid staff adoption—helping Plymouth City Council provide a COVID-secure workplace and underpin its move to hybrid working.
