Grapevine Telecom, a Poole-based IT and telecommunications provider serving about 1,200 small-business clients across Southern England, needed to replace a patchwork of local, tape and online backup tools and overcome connectivity problems for initial uploads. Seeking one centrally managed online backup that met six criteria (off-site access, ease of use, multiple storage providers, centralized management, disaster recovery, and Office 365 support), Grapevine selected CloudBerry Managed Backup Service.

CloudBerry delivered a centrally managed web console and flexible backup options (including native backups for SQL, Exchange, OneDrive/SharePoint and whole VMs) and supported seeding and multiple storage providers so Grapevine’s engineers no longer log into individual machines.
