East Coast Technical Services, a Moncton-based IT services firm serving 100+ SMBs, needed to reduce rising cloud backup costs, rebrand its backup offering, and cut time spent managing client backups. The move reduced backup service costs by roughly $120 per month, enabled backups for 32 endpoints with expectations for growth, and streamlined IT staff workflows through remote management and faster support from CloudBerry.
