Ventech Solutions, an IT infrastructure contractor for private and government clients, supported a large federal health-care organization with 20+ separate application development organizations (ADOs). The ADOs used unmanaged servers and disparate DevOps practices, causing duplicated work, spotty compliance, manual recompiles, and no reliable way to maintain or support apps long term.

Ventech standardized version control and CI/CD by moving ADOs to GitHub Enterprise and deploying CloudBees Core with shared Jenkins pipelines, training (DAWG), and centralized credential management, then migrated many workloads to AWS. The changes enabled ADO-led automated deployments (from every 3–6 months to every few weeks), cut major-update downtime from days to under two hours, sped up fixes, reduced onboarding time (Jenkins in hours vs. weeks), and saved hundreds of person-hours.
