Canbe Hospitality is a family-run portfolio of properties in Ireland (B&B, hostel and holiday apartments) that was rapidly expanding but hampered by a clunky, downloadable property management solution that didn’t support multiple locations or remote reservation staff. To scale efficiently they chose Cloudbeds, adopting its cloud-based property management system including Cloudbeds' group booking engine and channel manager to centralize operations.

Cloudbeds implemented a single, intuitive dashboard with permissions, group-level analytics, a channel manager and the group booking engine so Canbe can run six properties from one profile. The result: Cloudbeds cut staff time spent on reservations in half, keeps all 33 employees synchronized across sites, enabled listings on eight additional channels beyond Booking.com, and positioned Canbe Hospitality to continue its planned expansion.
