With Cloudbeds’ platform, Marketplace, API, and Cloudbeds Payments, Playpark connected tools like Lynx for self check-in and automated workflows, digital keys, and integrated payment management. The results included a 10% increase in direct bookings, more than 53,000 self check-ins, 1,350 Google reviews, and 9,200 real-time workflow notifications, all while reducing front-desk burden and improving operational efficiency.
