LeasePlan UK, part of the global LeasePlan group managing over 136,000 vehicles in the UK, faced a mature, highly competitive leasing market and an outdated CRM with poor user adoption, weak data quality and executive pressure to deliver rapid ROI while rolling Salesforce out to 200+ mobile sales users. To address this, LeasePlan engaged Cloudapps and deployed SuMo for Salesforce to drive behavioral change, coaching and gamified engagement on top of their Salesforce CRM.
Cloudapps implemented SuMo for Salesforce by defining target behaviours with the SuMo Pulse Board, running a Baseline Mode to measure progress, then launching gamification, mobile nudges, Chatter incentives and SuMo TV leaderboards to boost adoption. The program delivered dramatic results: 583% increase in contact scouting, 385% rise in overall engagement, 454% jump in Chatter collaboration, 153% more activity completion and an 843% improvement in teamwork—rapidly improving data quality, user adoption and sales performance.
