Telco, a large global telecommunications customer, struggled with manual, spreadsheet-driven reporting that required consolidating 10–15 reports to understand pipeline and rep performance, leaving leadership with poor OKR alignment and limited visibility. They engaged Cloudapps to deploy its Sales Effectiveness platform (native to Salesforce) to provide automated, data-driven insights and OKR-aligned reporting.
Cloudapps integrated its Sales Effectiveness platform into Telco’s CRM, automating multi-source reporting, building bespoke OKR boards at rep, team and department levels, and rolling the solution out across geographies. The outcome was real-time dashboards, healthier pipelines and higher productivity: the sales organization scaled from about 100 to over 400 reps while margins stayed constant, OKR-driven coaching and behavioral insights were adopted broadly, and the Cloudapps solution became a core part of Telco’s digital sales strategy.
