EG Upskills Sales Team and Drives CRM Adoption

EG, part of the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Group, had recently moved to a new Salesforce stack but faced low sales-team adoption that left CRM records incomplete and data quality poor. To address this, EG engaged Cloudapps and its Revenue Intelligence Platform (native Salesforce gamification and KPI boards) to drive behaviour change and increase CRM usage.

Cloudapps implemented gamified competitions, leaderboards, personalised KPI boards and nudge-style prompts to encourage key sales behaviours, benchmark performance and close gaps in the sales cycle. The initiative boosted CRM adoption and data integrity, improved win rates and aided rep onboarding — EG reported that in 2021 the average salesperson performed 3,000 of the target behaviours and those above that average achieved at least 93% of their sales targets.
