G4S Secure Solutions, a global security and outsourcing group, faced low CRM adoption, incomplete records and weak sales behaviours that hindered forecasting, cross‑selling and knowledge sharing. To address these challenges G4S selected SuMo for Salesforce from Cloudapps to drive measurable behavioural change across its UK sales team.
Cloudapps rolled out SuMo for Salesforce to G4S’s 140‑strong UK sales force, using gamification (leaderboards, points, badges) and Chatter integration to reward performance and encourage best practice. The Cloudapps solution delivered rapid results: a 60% increase in “active” pipeline, 98% rise in Salesforce adoption, 35% more contacts logged and an 86% increase in sales activity logging, enabling more accurate forecasts, better coaching and sustained behaviour change.
