The Prada Group, a global luxury goods company operating brands such as Prada, Miu Miu, Church’s and Car Shoe, faced rising customer expectations from the absence of in-store WiFi. By 2015 they needed a scalable, compliant guest WiFi solution that could be managed across hundreds of stores, provide quick non‑intrusive onboarding, and capture in‑store customer insights — so they selected Cloud4Wi’s product suite (with Cisco Meraki networking hardware) to meet those needs.

Cloud4Wi’s product suite delivered cloud‑based guest WiFi across more than 600 stores worldwide, enabling branded splash pages, multiple social login options, device-based digital identities, and location analytics (footfall, dwell time, return visits). The rollout (started October 2015) simplified global management and compliance, grew Prada Group’s customer database by capturing login identities, boosted customer satisfaction and social sharing in stores, and provided measurable in‑store behavioral data to personalize future experiences.
