To capture on‑site behavior and build meaningful guest profiles, The Cordish Companies selected Cloud4Wi and its application suite to unify heterogeneous network hardware and use WiFi as a touchpoint for collecting demographic and location‑based insights.

Cloud4Wi was rolled out beginning in Spring 2018 across 8 entertainment districts, with branded splash pages (email/Facebook login), privacy‑aware digital identities, and out‑of‑the‑box engagement tools integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
